Atty. Joan is a lawyer and a human rights advocate. She is also a faculty member of the University of San Carlos College of Law.

Melrose joined CLB in 2024. As a dedicated Social Worker and Paralegal Officer, she handles cases involving children in need of legal and psychosocial assistance. Her work includes case management, filing legal documents, and conducting regular home visitations to ensure the well-being and protection of her clients.

Melo Jane Sitoy serves as Project Staff for Community Organizing at CLB. She plays a key role in mobilizing communities, building strong partnerships with stakeholders, and facilitating grassroots initiatives to empower and support Child’s Rights Advocate (CRA’s) and Community Watch Group (CWG’s). Her work focuses on community engagement, advocacy, and capacity-building to promote child rights and protection.

Atty. Jam is part of the Laban Bata Team at CLB, providing legal support and services to children and families in need. She assists in case preparation, legal documentation, and court proceedings, ensuring that the rights and best interests of the child are upheld. Her dedication to child protection and justice is reflected in her active role in legal advocacy and support.
