The Zobel Alger Foundation, also known as the Consuelo Foundation, focuses on uplifting marginalized children, women, and families in the Philippines and Hawai'i. Established in 1988, it has committed significant resources to initiatives like child abuse prevention, family strengthening, and life skills education. The foundation's mission is to provide hope and support to vulnerable communities through innovative, culturally sensitive programs
Karl Kübel Stiftung
Based in Germany, Karl Kübel Stiftung focuses on promoting education, health, and self-sufficiency in disadvantaged communities. It supports projects that empower vulnerable families and children, often through capacity-building programs in partnership with local organizations to drive sustainable, positive change.

CAST is a coalition focused on preventing child exploitation in Cebu’s tourism sector.

Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council
The Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council supports the rehabilitation and reintegration of children in conflict with the law.
By working together, we strive to ensure that children receive proper guidance and second chances, fostering a more supportive justice system for minors.
Alternative Law Groups (ALG)
The Alternative Law Groups (ALG) is the current regional anchor in Southeast Asia for the Grassroots Justice Network, a community of grassroots justice defenders spread across the world. ALG convenes the members in the whole of Southeast Asia.
A20 Global Social Consensus on Child Advocacy
The A20 Global Social Consensus on Child Advocacy was inaugurated in March 2018 in Beijing by Beijing Children's Legal Aid and Research Center and Alibaba Group aiming to unite global stakeholders in strengthening child protection. It promotes systemic changes to safeguard children from abuse and exploitation, advocating for enhanced legal Aid and improved social welfare systems for minors.
Children's NGO Network
This network brings together various children’s NGOs in Cebu to share resources, strategies, and best practices for child advocacy.
By fostering collaboration among organizations, the network amplifies efforts to address pressing issues and ensure a cohesive approach to protecting children’s rights.
