According to UNICEF and Council for the Welfare of Children, Philippines. CSAEM (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation of Minors) affects ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ค๐ฎ๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ก๐จ. While girls are often more reported in statistics, many boys also experience abuse but ๐๐ค ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ค๐ง๐ฉ it due to stigma, fear, or shame. Studies show that boys may be underrepresented in official data, but they are ๐๐ฆ๐ช๐๐ก๐ก๐ฎ ๐๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐จ๐ , especially from perpetrators known to the child, such as family members, relatives, or trusted adults.
